Leaving a career at Huth Dietrich Hahn (Corporate Department) in Hamburg, Gunter founded ZIMMERs in 1997 based on the recognition of the need for German legal representation in the UK. Gunter is specialised in the areas of Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Tax Planning, Leasing and Insurance Law.

Hanna Maria Weber

Starting her legal career in the music industry with Zimmermann & Decker (Music law firm in Hamburg, Germany). Hanna then became the Head of Business Affairs at Virgin Records, Germany. In 1999 she branched out independently to work with ZIMMERs as an entertainment lawyer in the music industry with an emphasize on contractual work until in 2004 she specialised in Employment Law. Hanna now specialises in Copyright and Trademark Law as well as Employment and International Private and Civil Procedure Law.

Thomas Fry

Thomas qualified as a solicitor in 1983. He joined ZIMMERs in March 2008. Thomas has extensive experience and expertise in most areas of Commercial Law, Road Traffic Accidents and Civil Litigation.

Jeanette Fahlbusch, LL.M

Solicitor

For over 10 years Jeanette headed her own London based niche practice Abbott Fahlbusch, specialising in cross border commercial disputes, insolvency litigation, registration and enforcement of foreign judgements and business debt recovery. Increasing enquiries in the areas of commercial, contract and employment law resulted in her decision to join forces with Zimmers Solicitors, in order to be able to offer a seamless service also in those areas to her clients.
Over the years Jeanette has built a broad client basis, particularly in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Her clients include primarily medium-sized businesses, banks, foreign law firms and legal insurers, many of whom are longstanding and loyal clients.

Mine Güven LL.M.

Mine joined ZIMMERs in 2007. After her law studies in Göttingen she gained a Master's degree in European Law. Mine is specialised in the area of PI, Insurance, Private traffic, European Law and general Civil Litigation cases.

Rishad Stylianou

Paralegal

Rishad graduated with a BA (Hons) in Philosophy with German at the University of Sussex in 2004 and gained a Masters in Political Philosophy at the University of York. Rishad completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and Bar Vocation Course at the College of Law. He was called to the Bar in 2007 and then worked as a researcher for Practical Law. Rishad joined ZIMMERs in 2009 and is specialised in the area of Commercial and Contractual Law and handles PI cases and general Civil Litigation.

Michaela Pfanner

Michaela joined ZIMMERs in April 2009. She is responsible for book-keeping and personal assistant. She is a qualified German "Rechtsanwaltsgehilfin und geprüfte Rechtsfachwirtin".

Ramona Mitschke

Assistant to Gunter Zimmer

Ramona joined ZIMMERs in May 2010 and manages the day-to-day running of the office as well as the diary. Ramona previously worked for London & Oxford Capital Markets plc for 3 years as Office Manager as well as 3 years as Executive Assistant in hospitality in London. Furthermore, she worked as Seminar Leader and Trainer for ibis acam Bildungs GmbH an institute for further education, in Germany.
