Clara Bowater is a Qualified Lawyer (Rechtsanwältin) in Germany and a Solicitor in England and Wales. She specialises in cross-border inheritance cases between the two countries, in particular probate administration of estates in England and Wales for German clients and applications for German certificates of inheritance or executorship with German probate courts when English inheritance law is applicable.

In addition, Clara Bowater can assist in making formally valid English and German wills if there are assets in both countries.

Clara Bowater has been employed at ZIMMERs since 2021. She studied law at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and has been admitted as a Qualified Lawer (Rechtsanwältin) to the German bar in Munich since 2009. She has been admitted as a Solicitor (England and Wales) since 2022.
